Trust Architecture

Built for institutional trust from day one.

Compliance is not a feature. It is the foundation. ElevenWires operates within a multi-jurisdictional compliance framework engineered for data protection, child welfare, cybersecurity and institutional transparency. Every layer of the platform is designed to meet the standards of regulated football markets and institutional partners.

Trust by design, not by claim.

ElevenWires treats trust as a structural engineering problem, not a marketing message. The platform's trust model operates on five pillars: data protection, cybersecurity, governance, transparency and accountability. Each is designed, documented and auditable.

This approach ensures that when an institution engages with ElevenWires, they are not relying on reputation or promises. They are relying on documented architecture, controlled access and verifiable audit trails.

Governance and compliance table — institutional trust framework representing multi-jurisdictional compliance architecture.

Four principles of data governance.

Data within the ElevenWires framework is governed by four structural principles:

Minimisation. Only data necessary for the defined intelligence purpose is collected. No speculative data accumulation. No data hoarding.

Purpose limitation. Data is used exclusively for the purpose for which it was provided. Institutional agreements govern scope. Cross-purpose use requires explicit authorisation.

Access control. Role-based access with granular permissions. No universal access. Every data access is logged, auditable and revocable.

Retention discipline. Defined retention schedules per data category. Automated purging where permitted. Institutional data returned or destroyed upon agreement termination.

Security architecture.

The ElevenWires cybersecurity framework addresses four critical domains:

01

Infrastructure Security

Cloud infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit. Network segmentation, regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing protocols. All infrastructure is documented and auditable.

02

Application Security

Secure development lifecycle with code review, dependency scanning and security testing integrated into the deployment pipeline. Authentication through established protocols with support for institutional SSO.

03

Identity & Access

Role-based access control with multi-factor authentication. Granular permission model. All access events logged to immutable audit trail. Access revocation within defined SLAs.

04

Incident Response

Documented incident response plan covering detection, containment, eradication and recovery. Notification protocols for affected parties. Post-incident review and process improvement cycle.

Institutional governance framework.

ElevenWires maintains documented governance policies covering data handling, compliance obligations, institutional agreements and ethical standards. These policies are:

Documented and versioned. All policies maintained with revision history and effective dates.

Jurisdiction-aware. Designed to operate across multiple regulatory frameworks, including GDPR-equivalent standards.

Available for review. Qualified institutional partners can review relevant policies under appropriate confidentiality arrangements.

Periodically updated. Governance documentation is reviewed and updated as regulatory requirements evolve.
